WV CHIP Mission Statement
The mission of the West Virginia Children’s Health Insurance Agency is to provide quality health insurance to eligible children in a cost-effective manner and to strive for a health care system in which all West Virginia children have access to health care coverage.
WVCHIP COVERAGE OF BIRTH TO THREE SERVICES
WVCHIP covers a special set of services targeted only to very young children up to and including their third birthday. These specialized services are meant to reduce or remove effects of conditions that if not addressed at the earliest stages of life could result in more severe or long lasting disabilities or learning problems.
