It’s easy to start your WVCHIP application over the phone or to complete it online. You will need to share information on who is in your family and your family’s income.

The customer service representatives working for the WVCHIP toll-free helpline can also:

  •  Answer questions about the program
  •  Tell you what services are covered
  •  Explain about co-payments
